HDPE HPB0354 is a high-performance high-density polyethylene film grade specifically engineered for blown film extrusion applications requiring superior strength, toughness, and consistent processing behavior. With its optimized molecular weight distribution, this grade delivers an excellent balance of mechanical durability and smooth extrusion performance.
HPB0354 provides high tensile strength and stiffness, enabling the production of thin yet strong films with excellent load-bearing capability. The resin exhibits good melt strength and bubble stability, allowing stable processing on high-speed blown film lines while maintaining uniform gauge control and a smooth film surface.
This grade also offers very good impact resistance and tear strength, ensuring films perform reliably during handling, filling, and transportation. Its clean-running characteristics help minimize die buildup and gel formation, contributing to improved productivity and reduced downtime.
