Frequently asked questions

Quick answers about buying from us and selling to us. Anything else, ask us on WhatsApp.

01What is your minimum order quantity?

Our minimum order is one container. Minimum quantities depend on the material:

  • Plastic scrap and waste: 16 metric tonnes
  • Recycled material: 22 metric tonnes
  • Virgin material: 24.75 metric tonnes
02Can I request a sample before ordering?

Yes. We provide samples free of charge; you only pay the courier costs. Contact our team to arrange a sample of the material you’re considering.

03How do you check material quality?

Before finalising a shipment, our Quality Control team thoroughly inspects the material against the agreed specifications. We share detailed photos and videos with you for approval before shipment.

04Can I inspect the material during loading?

Yes. Our representative is present at every loading and can arrange a live video call so you can inspect the material and confirm it meets your requirements.

05What happens if the delivered material differs from the agreed specification?

We have a claims process to review and resolve discrepancies. Please provide detailed photos taken during offloading, showing the material and the issue. For virgin materials, claims involving technical specifications also require supporting laboratory test results. We review the evidence with you and agree on the claim amount before proceeding with your next order. Where an order is already ongoing, the agreed amount can be adjusted against that order.

06What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Letters of Credit (LC) and Telegraphic Transfers (TT) against documents. Payment terms are agreed with you before confirming the order.

07Which countries do you ship to?

We arrange shipments to destinations worldwide. Share your destination port with our team so we can confirm freight options and shipping requirements.

08Do you handle shipping and documentation?

Yes. We coordinate inspection, loading, shipment documentation and freight, giving you one point of contact throughout the process.

09Do you buy or sell small quantities?

We specialise in container-scale, cross-border trade and do not handle small-quantity orders. Our minimum is one container, with the required tonnage depending on the material.

10How do you keep the trade transparent?

We agree pricing, material specifications, payment terms and shipment responsibilities before proceeding. We also share inspection photos and videos so you can review the material before shipment.

11How can I offer material for sale?

Start by submitting your business details for supplier review. Include the material type, quantity, location and available photos or specifications. Our procurement team will contact you to discuss the offer.

12Do you buy material directly from suppliers?

Yes. We purchase material ourselves and resell it to our customers. Suppliers deal directly with Polymer in Stock as their buyer.

13When do you pay suppliers?

We work on agreed supplier terms, including 100% payment before loading or credit terms where offered by the supplier. Payment arrangements are confirmed before proceeding with each purchase.

14Does a supplier’s payment depend on your customer paying?

No. We pay suppliers according to our agreed terms, regardless of whether our end customer pays us.

15Do you work with brokers and agents?

Yes. We welcome brokers and authorised agents. Please explain your relationship with the material owner when submitting an offer.

16Do you buy mixed lots?

Yes. We consider mixed lots. Share the material types, quantities, location and available photos so our procurement team can assess your offer.
