PP market trend, November 2026
PP prices firmed through September and October. Raffia (flat yarn) into Pakistan rose by roughly a fifth from the August low, and Gulf and Jordan markets also moved up month on month. Prices held steady in the last week of October.
Polypropylene is the workhorse of raffia, woven sacks, injection moulding and fibre. We trade homopolymer, copolymer and random grades, from prime producer lots to near prime, recycled granules and regrind.

What makes PP prices go up or down?
Mostly crude oil and naphtha costs, producer plant outages, freight rates and seasonal demand from converters. Recycled and scrap PP also follows collection volumes and the quality of the bales.
