Hot washed PET flakes are produced through a multi-stage recycling process that includes:

Collection and Sorting – PET bottles are manually or automatically sorted to remove caps, labels, and non-PET materials.

Crushing – The sorted bottles are shredded into uniform flakes.

Hot Washing – The flakes are washed with hot water and detergents to remove glue, oil, food residues, and contaminants.

Rinsing and Drying – The flakes are rinsed thoroughly and dried to achieve a clean, high-quality recycled product ready for downstream processing.
This process results in flakes that are clean, odorless, and consistent in size and color, suitable for direct use in fiber spinning, packaging, and molding industries.
