LDPE 2227K is a high-quality low-density polyethylene (LDPE) film grade designed for blown and cast film extrusion processes where flexibility, clarity, and reliable processing are essential. Engineered with a uniform molecular structure, this grade offers a balanced combination of softness, toughness, and ease of extrusion, making it suitable for a wide range of flexible packaging applications.

LDPE 2227K provides excellent flexibility and good impact strength, ensuring films can withstand handling, folding, and sealing without cracking. Its stable melt flow characteristics deliver smooth extrusion, excellent bubble stability, and uniform film thickness, even during continuous high-speed production. The resin also offers a clean surface finish and good optical properties, supporting attractive packaging appearance.

This grade demonstrates good heat sealability and hot tack performance, making it ideal for packaging lines that require reliable sealing at lower temperatures. LDPE 2227K processes cleanly with minimal die buildup, helping improve productivity and reduce downtime.
