Our Quality Assurance and Shipping Process

Material Guarantee We assure you that the material will meet the specifications of the loading pictures and the sample provided prior to shipment. Customer satisfaction and transparency are our top priorities.

Our Step-by-Step Process

  1. Quality Inspection:
    • Before finalizing the shipment, our Quality Control (QC) team conducts a thorough inspection of the material to ensure it meets the agreed-upon standards.
    • Detailed videos and pictures of the material are captured during the inspection and shared with the customer for approval.
  2. Container Booking:
    • Once the customer approves the material, a container is booked on the next available vessel to ensure prompt delivery.
    • The booking details, including the shipping schedule, are shared with the customer for tracking purposes.
  3. Loading and Documentation:
    • The material is carefully loaded into the container.
    • During loading, we document the entire process with pictures and videos, capturing essential details such as:
      • Material condition
      • Loading procedure
      • Container and seal numbers
    • These visuals, along with the draft of the Bill of Lading (BL), are shared with the customer for verification.
  4. BL Draft Confirmation:
    • The customer reviews and confirms the BL draft.
    • Based on the confirmation, the Original Bill of Lading (OBL) is issued.
    • A copy of the OBL is then shared with the customer.

 Key Features & Benefits

  • 🔄 Balanced Polymer Properties
Combines the rigidity and heat resistance of PP with the flexibility and impact strength of LDPE, offering a versatile material suitable for diverse applications.

  • 💰 Excellent Cost Efficiency
Provides significant savings compared to virgin PP or LDPE, making it ideal for price-sensitive manufacturing without compromising performance.

  • 🌱 Eco-Friendly & Sustainable
Made from 100% recycled content, these granules help reduce plastic waste and support circular economy initiatives.

  • ⚙️ Good Processability
Can be easily processed using injection molding, extrusion, and compression molding techniques. Compatible with standard plastic processing machinery.

  • 🛡️ Decent Chemical & Moisture Resistance
Inherits chemical resistance from PP and moisture barrier properties from LDPE, ensuring durability in various environments.

  • 🎨 Consistent Granule Form
Uniform size and shape ensure smooth feeding and consistent melting during processing, reducing production issues.

  • ✅ Industrial Products – Pallets, crates, storage bins, and material handling containers

  • ✅ Consumer Goods – Furniture, garden products, non-food containers, and household items

  • ✅ Construction Materials – Plastic lumber, profiles, and non-structural components

  • ✅ Automotive Parts – Non-critical interior trim, panels, and protective components

  • ✅ Packaging – Rigid packaging, caps, closures, and low-strength films

♻️ Processing Recommendations

  • Drying: Recommended to dry at 70–80°C for 2–3 hours before processing.

  • Processing Temperature: 180–220°C (adjust based on specific machinery and product requirements).

  • Blending: Can be used as a 100% recycled feedstock or blended with virgin PP/PE to enhance specific properties.

  • Tooling: Standard tooling used for PP or PE can generally be used without modification.
