HDPE HMA025 is a high-density polyethylene film grade engineered for blown film extrusion applications that require excellent mechanical strength, stiffness, and consistent processing performance. Developed with a controlled molecular weight distribution, this grade provides a dependable balance between durability and smooth extrusion behavior, making it suitable for both general-purpose and demanding packaging films.

HMA025 delivers high tensile strength and good rigidity, enabling the production of thin-gauge films with strong load-bearing capability. Its optimized melt flow and melt strength ensure excellent bubble stability and uniform gauge control, even at higher extrusion speeds. This results in consistent film thickness and a clean, smooth surface finish.

The resin exhibits good impact resistance and tear strength, allowing finished films to withstand stresses during bag making, filling, handling, and transportation. HDPE HMA025 also processes cleanly with minimal die buildup, improving line efficiency and reducing downtime. Its inherent stiffness supports downgauging, helping converters achieve material savings without sacrificing performance.

2. Container Booking:
• Once the customer approves the material, a container is booked on the next available vessel to ensure prompt delivery.
• The booking details, including the shipping schedule, are shared with the customer for tracking purposes.
3. Loading and Documentation:
   • Material condition

   • Container and seal numbers
• The material is carefully loaded into the container.
• During loading, we document the entire process with pictures and videos, capturing essential details such as:
• These visuals, along with the draft of the Bill of Lading (BL), are shared with the customer for verification.
4. BL Draft Confirmation:
• The customer reviews and confirms the BL draft.
• Based on the confirmation, the Original Bill of Lading (OBL) is issued.
• A copy of the OBL is then shared with the customer.
