HDPE 23050 is a premium high-density polyethylene pipe grade engineered for the manufacture of pressure and non-pressure piping systems where long-term strength, durability, and excellent resistance to stress cracking are critical. Produced using advanced polymerization technology, this grade delivers a well-balanced combination of mechanical strength, processability, and long service life.

HDPE 23050 exhibits excellent environmental stress crack resistance (ESCR) and high resistance to slow crack growth, ensuring reliable performance in demanding installation and operating conditions. Its high molecular weight provides superior tensile strength and creep resistance, making it suitable for pipes designed to operate under sustained internal pressure over extended periods.

The resin offers stable melt flow and good thermal stability, enabling smooth extrusion with uniform wall thickness and dimensional accuracy. HDPE 23050 processes efficiently on conventional pipe extrusion lines and delivers a smooth internal and external pipe surface, supporting efficient fluid flow and easy jointing.

2. Container Booking:
• Once the customer approves the material, a container is booked on the next available vessel to ensure prompt delivery.
• The booking details, including the shipping schedule, are shared with the customer for tracking purposes.
3. Loading and Documentation:
   • Material condition
   • Loading procedure
   • Container and seal numbers
• The material is carefully loaded into the container.
• During loading, we document the entire process with pictures and videos, capturing essential details such as:
• These visuals, along with the draft of the Bill of Lading (BL), are shared with the customer for verification.
4. BL Draft Confirmation:
• The customer reviews and confirms the BL draft.
• Based on the confirmation, the Original Bill of Lading (OBL) is issued.
• A copy of the OBL is then shared with the customer.
