PVC Scrap Rolls are generated during or after PVC product manufacturing processes such as calendaring, extrusion, printing, and lamination. The material is usually rolled and stored for easy handling and transport. Depending on the source, these rolls can include:
-
Rigid PVC (RPVC) – used in pipes, profiles, boards, and thermoformed sheets.
-
Flexible PVC (FPVC) – used in film, tarpaulin, flooring, artificial leather, and packaging.
The scrap rolls are ideal for reprocessing, pelletizing, or compounding into secondary PVC granules, which can be reused in non-critical or semi-finished products.
