HDPE PE80 Regrind is a high-quality recycled plastic material derived from the processing of High-Density Polyethylene (HDPE) PE80 grade. It is obtained through controlled recycling and grinding of industrial or post-industrial HDPE products, ensuring consistent particle size and purity. This regrind retains the mechanical strength, durability, and chemical resistance typical of virgin PE80 material, making it a cost-effective and sustainable raw material for plastic manufacturing industries.

Our Quality Assurance and Shipping Process

Material Guarantee We assure you that the material will meet the specifications of the loading pictures and the sample provided prior to shipment. Customer satisfaction and transparency are our top priorities.

Our Step-by-Step Process

  1. Quality Inspection:
    • Before finalizing the shipment, our Quality Control (QC) team conducts a thorough inspection of the material to ensure it meets the agreed-upon standards.
    • Detailed videos and pictures of the material are captured during the inspection and shared with the customer for approval.
  2. Container Booking:
    • Once the customer approves the material, a container is booked on the next available vessel to ensure prompt delivery.
    • The booking details, including the shipping schedule, are shared with the customer for tracking purposes.
  3. Loading and Documentation:
    • The material is carefully loaded into the container.
    • During loading, we document the entire process with pictures and videos, capturing essential details such as:
      • Material condition
      • Loading procedure
      • Container and seal numbers
    • These visuals, along with the draft of the Bill of Lading (BL), are shared with the customer for verification.
  4. BL Draft Confirmation:
    • The customer reviews and confirms the BL draft.
    • Based on the confirmation, the Original Bill of Lading (OBL) is issued.
    • A copy of the OBL is then shared with the customer.

Key Features & Properties:

  • Material: High-Density Polyethylene (HDPE) – PE80 grade

  • Form: Clean regrind / flakes with uniform particle size

  • Color: Usually natural, off-white, or mixed (depending on source)

  • Density: ~0.945 – 0.955 g/cm³

  • Melt Flow Index (MFI): ~0.1 – 0.4 g/10 min (varies by batch)

  • Strength: Excellent tensile and impact resistance

  • Durability: High resistance to cracking, stress, and environmental stressors

  • Chemical Resistance: Resistant to acids, alkalis, and most solvents

  • Processing: Suitable for extrusion, blow molding, and injection molding

Applications:

HDPE PE80 Regrind is widely used in industries where cost efficiency and durability are required without compromising on quality. Typical applications include:

  • Manufacturing of pipes and fittings (non-pressure applications)

  • Plastic containers, drums, and packaging products

  • Automotive parts and components

  • Blow-molded items such as bottles, cans, and tanks

  • Sheet extrusion and profiles

  • Household goods and utility products

  • Reinforcement material blended with virgin HDPE or other polymers

Advantages:

  • Eco-friendly: Supports sustainable manufacturing by recycling plastic waste

  • Cost-effective: Provides a lower-cost alternative to virgin PE80 resin

  • Versatile: Compatible with multiple processing techniques

  • Reliable: Retains strong performance characteristics of PE80 material
