HMW HDPE Regrind is a premium-grade recycled plastic material produced from high molecular weight HDPE components such as industrial drums, barrels, IBC containers, chemical cans, and blow-molded heavy-duty items. This regrind is known for its superior impact strength, high durability, chemical resistance, and excellent environmental stress-crack resistance (ESCR). It is widely used by recyclers, compounders, and manufacturers who require high-performance recycled HDPE for non-food applications.

Our Quality Assurance and Shipping Process

Material Guarantee We assure you that the material will meet the specifications of the loading pictures and the sample provided prior to shipment. Customer satisfaction and transparency are our top priorities.

Our Step-by-Step Process

  1. Quality Inspection:
    • Before finalizing the shipment, our Quality Control (QC) team conducts a thorough inspection of the material to ensure it meets the agreed-upon standards.
    • Detailed videos and pictures of the material are captured during the inspection and shared with the customer for approval.
  2. Container Booking:
    • Once the customer approves the material, a container is booked on the next available vessel to ensure prompt delivery.
    • The booking details, including the shipping schedule, are shared with the customer for tracking purposes.
  3. Loading and Documentation:
    • Material condition
    • Loading procedure
    • Container and seal numbers
    • The material is carefully loaded into the container.
    • During loading, we document the entire process with pictures and videos, capturing essential details such as:
    • These visuals, along with the draft of the Bill of Lading (BL), are shared with the customer for verification.
  4. BL Draft Confirmation:
    • The customer reviews and confirms the BL draft.
    • Based on the confirmation, the Original Bill of Lading (OBL) is issued.
    • A copy of the OBL is then shared with the customer.

Key Features

  • High Molecular Weight Performance:
Offers excellent toughness, high impact resistance, and superior load-bearing capacity, even at lower temperatures.

  • Excellent ESCR (Environmental Stress-Crack Resistance):
Suitable for demanding applications such as industrial containers, drums, and heavy-duty molded products.

  • Clean & Uniform Regrind:
Material is washed, sorted, and shredded into consistent flake sizes, ensuring smooth processing during extrusion or molding.

  • Superior Chemical Resistance:
Resistant to acids, detergents, oils, greases, solvents, and most industrial chemicals.

  • High-Density, High-Strength Resin:
Ideal for applications needing stiffness combined with toughness.

  • Easy Processability:
Compatible with extrusion, blow molding (non-critical), injection molding, and compounding.

  • Cost-Effective Alternative to Virgin HMW HDPE:
Delivers high performance with significant cost savings for commercial and industrial product manufacturers.

Applications

HMW HDPE Regrind is widely used in heavy-duty, industrial, and non-food packaging sectors:

Blow Molding

  • Industrial drums & barrels

  • Chemical storage cans (non-food grade)

  • Agricultural cans, jerry cans

  • Water tanks (non-potable)

Injection Molding

  • Heavy-duty crates

  • Pallets & industrial bins

  • Road safety products (barriers, cones)

  • Dustbins, refuse containers

Extrusion

  • Thick sheets & boards

  • Construction panels

  • Profiles, planks, pipes (non-pressure)

  • Cable protection ducts

Compounding

  • Base material for producing HMW HDPE granules

  • Blending with fillers such as calcium carbonate, talc, or colorants
