LDPE in Bales

LDPE (Low-Density Polyethylene) in bales refers to compressed and tightly packed LDPE plastic film waste that has been collected, sorted, and bundled for easier storage, transportation, and recycling. LDPE is a lightweight, flexible, and durable thermoplastic widely used in packaging and film applications. Baling reduces volume, making handling and processing more efficient for recyclers and manufacturers.

Advantages

  • Lightweight and flexible material.
  • Good resistance to moisture and chemicals.
  • Easy to process and recycle.
  • Cost-effective compared to many other plastics.
  • Durable and resistant to impact.
  • Compressing into bales saves storage space and lowers transportation costs.
  • Supports sustainable waste management and circular economy practices.

Applications

  • Plastic shopping bags and carry bags.
  • Packaging films and shrink wraps.
  • Agricultural mulch films and greenhouse cover.
  • Liners for containers and garbage bags.
  • Squeeze bottles and flexible containers.
  • Cable insulation and protective coatings.
  • Production of recycled plastic products such as garbage bags, plastic lumber, and new packaging materials.

Our Step-by-Step Process

  1. Quality Inspection:

    • Detailed videos and pictures of the material are captured during the inspection and shared with the customer for approval.
  2. Container Booking:
    • Once the customer approves the material, a container is booked on the next available vessel to ensure prompt delivery.
    • The booking details, including the shipping schedule, are shared with the customer for tracking purposes.
  3. Loading and Documentation:
    • Material condition
    • Loading procedure
    • Container and seal numbers
    • The material is carefully loaded into the container.
    • During loading, we document the entire process with pictures and videos, capturing essential details such as:
    • These visuals, along with the draft of the Bill of Lading (BL), are shared with the customer for verification.
  4. BL Draft Confirmation:
    • The customer reviews and confirms the BL draft.
    • Based on the confirmation, the Original Bill of Lading (OBL) is issued.
    • A copy of the OBL is then shared with the customer.
