Our LDPE Laminated Grade Lumps are high-quality, industrial-grade polyethylene waste materials that originate from laminated films, sheets, or multilayer packaging production. These lumps are ideal for recyclers and compounders seeking durable, cost-effective raw material for reprocessing into granules or secondary applications.

With strong lamination bonding and a blend of LDPE and other substrate layers (such as aluminum, BOPP, PET, or paper), this grade offers excellent reprocessing potential in non-critical plastic products where barrier properties and strength are valued over purity.

Our Quality Assurance and Shipping Process

Material Guarantee We assure you that the material will meet the specifications of the loading pictures and the sample provided prior to shipment. Customer satisfaction and transparency are our top priorities.

Our Step-by-Step Process

  1. Quality Inspection:
    • Before finalizing the shipment, our Quality Control (QC) team conducts a thorough inspection of the material to ensure it meets the agreed-upon standards.
    • Detailed videos and pictures of the material are captured during the inspection and shared with the customer for approval.
  2. Container Booking:
    • Once the customer approves the material, a container is booked on the next available vessel to ensure prompt delivery.
    • The booking details, including the shipping schedule, are shared with the customer for tracking purposes.
  3. Loading and Documentation:
    • The material is carefully loaded into the container.
    • During loading, we document the entire process with pictures and videos, capturing essential details such as:
      • Material condition
      • Loading procedure
      • Container and seal numbers
    • These visuals, along with the draft of the Bill of Lading (BL), are shared with the customer for verification.
  4. BL Draft Confirmation:
    • The customer reviews and confirms the BL draft.
    • Based on the confirmation, the Original Bill of Lading (OBL) is issued.
    • A copy of the OBL is then shared with the customer.

Key Features:

  • Laminated Multilayer Composition – Composed of LDPE combined with materials like BOPP, PET, or foil, enhancing strength and versatility.

  • Strong Mechanical Properties – Provides good toughness and rigidity, suitable for industrial applications.

  • Economical Recycled Input – Low-cost alternative to virgin or single-layer LDPE with functional utility for secondary manufacturing.

  • Ideal for Reprocessing – Suitable for granule making, compounding, or use in products not requiring food-grade certification.

  • Supports Circular Economy – Helps reduce plastic and composite waste by converting it into usable raw materials.

Applications:

  • Reprocessed LDPE/laminate granule production

  • Non-food contact plastic sheets or liners

  • Pallets, crates, buckets, and industrial containers

  • Agricultural films and tarpaulins

  • Construction-grade molded products

  • Compounding base for mixed polymer applications
