Our Quality Assurance and Shipping Process

Material Guarantee We assure you that the material will meet the specifications of the loading pictures and the sample provided prior to shipment. Customer satisfaction and transparency are our top priorities.

Our Step-by-Step Process

  1. Quality Inspection:
    • Before finalizing the shipment, our Quality Control (QC) team conducts a thorough inspection of the material to ensure it meets the agreed-upon standards.
    • Detailed videos and pictures of the material are captured during the inspection and shared with the customer for approval.
  2. Container Booking:
    • Once the customer approves the material, a container is booked on the next available vessel to ensure prompt delivery.
    • The booking details, including the shipping schedule, are shared with the customer for tracking purposes.
  3. Loading and Documentation:
    • The material is carefully loaded into the container.
    • During loading, we document the entire process with pictures and videos, capturing essential details such as:
      • Material condition
      • Loading procedure
      • Container and seal numbers
    • These visuals, along with the draft of the Bill of Lading (BL), are shared with the customer for verification.
  4. BL Draft Confirmation:
    • The customer reviews and confirms the BL draft.
    • Based on the confirmation, the Original Bill of Lading (OBL) is issued.
    • A copy of the OBL is then shared with the customer.

Key Features & Benefits

  • 🛡️ Exceptional Environmental Stress Crack Resistance (ESCR)
The fractional melt HDPE base provides outstanding resistance to stress cracking, even when exposed to harsh chemicals and environmental conditions.

  • 💪 Enhanced Impact Strength & Toughness
EVA component significantly improves impact resistance, reducing brittleness and preventing failure under mechanical stress or impact.

  • 🎯 Superior Durability & Weatherability
Combines HDPE's UV resistance and weatherability with EVA's flexibility, ensuring long-term performance in outdoor and demanding environments.

  • 🔥 Fractional Melt for High Performance
Low melt flow index (<1 g/10min) ensures high molecular weight retention, providing excellent slow crack growth resistance and structural integrity.

  • 🔄 Excellent Processability
Despite its fractional melt characteristics, the EVA modification enhances processability in extrusion and blow molding applications.

  • 🌊 Chemical Resistance
Maintains strong resistance to a wide range of chemicals, making it suitable for industrial and containment applications.

🏭 Applications

HDPE with EVA Frac Melt is ideal for:

  • ✅ Pressure Pipes – Potable water, gas distribution, and industrial piping systems

  • ✅ Geomembranes & Liners – Landfill liners, pond liners, and environmental containment systems

  • ✅ Industrial Containers – IBC tanks, chemical storage vessels, and large drums

  • ✅ Automotive Fuel Systems – Blow-molded fuel tanks and components

  • ✅ Marine & Offshore – Dock fenders, buoys, and marine structures

  • ✅ Mining & Construction – Chemical containment, leachate pads, and protective liners

♻️ Processing Recommendations

  • Drying: Generally not required, but 2-3 hours at 75-85°C recommended for critical applications

  • Processing Temperature: 200-230°C for extrusion and blow molding

  • Screw Design: Barrier screws with L/D ratio 30:1 or higher recommended

  • Cooling Requirements: Extended cooling cycles recommended due to high melt strength

  • Tooling: Requires specialized tooling designed for high melt strength materials
