Our Quality Assurance and Shipping Process

Material Guarantee We assure you that the material will meet the specifications of the loading pictures and the sample provided prior to shipment. Customer satisfaction and transparency are our top priorities.

Our Step-by-Step Process

  1. Quality Inspection:
    • Before finalizing the shipment, our Quality Control (QC) team conducts a thorough inspection of the material to ensure it meets the agreed-upon standards.
    • Detailed videos and pictures of the material are captured during the inspection and shared with the customer for approval.
  2. Container Booking:
    • Once the customer approves the material, a container is booked on the next available vessel to ensure prompt delivery.
    • The booking details, including the shipping schedule, are shared with the customer for tracking purposes.
  3. Loading and Documentation:
    • The material is carefully loaded into the container.
    • During loading, we document the entire process with pictures and videos, capturing essential details such as:
      • Material condition
      • Loading procedure
      • Container and seal numbers
    • These visuals, along with the draft of the Bill of Lading (BL), are shared with the customer for verification.
  4. BL Draft Confirmation:
    • The customer reviews and confirms the BL draft.
    • Based on the confirmation, the Original Bill of Lading (OBL) is issued.
    • A copy of the OBL is then shared with the customer.

Key Features & Benefits:

  1. Superior Flexibility and Toughness:
LDPE is known for its high ductility and impact resistance. This regrind retains these properties, making it perfect for products that require pliability and the ability to withstand stress without cracking.

  2. Excellent Moisture and Chemical Resistance:
The non-porous nature of LDPE provides an effective barrier against water, vapor, and many acids, alkalis, and chemicals. This ensures the longevity of finished products, especially in packaging and outdoor applications.

  3. Significant Cost Reduction:
As a recycled feedstock, Washed LDPE Regrind is substantially more economical than virgin LDPE resin. It lowers your raw material costs directly, improving your bottom line without sacrificing performance for numerous applications.

  4. Ready-to-Use Quality:
The "washed" designation is critical. It means the material has been through hot wash cycles and separation processes to remove labels, adhesives, dirt, and other impurities. This results in fewer production line issues, consistent melt flow, and a higher quality final product.

  5. Excellent Processability:
This clean regrind is engineered for smooth integration into blown film extrusion, injection molding, and sheet extrusion equipment. It can be used on its own or seamlessly blended with virgin LDPE to create custom compounds.

  6. Promotes a Circular Economy:
Using this regrind diverts flexible plastic packaging—one of the most challenging waste streams—from landfills and the environment. It is a tangible demonstration of your commitment to sustainability and corporate responsibility (ESG).

  • Form: Clean, Washed Flakes or Uniform Granules

  • Color: Typically Natural/Milky or Mixed Colors

  • Source: Post-Consumer Film & Flexible Packaging

  • Contamination Level: Low (Typically <1% - specific grade dependent)

  • Moisture Content: <1%

  • Key Properties: High Flexibility, Good Impact Strength, Good Chemical Resistance, Excellent Sealing Capability.

Processing & Compatibility:

  • Primary Processing Methods: Blown Film Extrusion, Injection Molding, Sheet Extrusion.

  • Typical Use: Can be used in various ratios with virgin LDPE. Ideal for middle layers in co-extruded films or as a primary material for non-food contact products.

  • Pre-Processing: While washed, it is often recommended to dry the material before processing to ensure optimal results and prevent voids.

Primary Applications:

  • Packaging Films: For non-food retail bags, shipping envelopes, and stretch wrap (often in a middle layer).

  • Garbage Bags & Can Liners: A perfect application that utilizes the material's strength and flexibility.

  • Injection Molded Products: Such as flexible lids, caps, containers, and agricultural pots.

  • Sheet Extrusion: For products like folder dividers, and non-structural panels.

  • Composite Lumber: As a component blended with other plastics to create durable outdoor building materials.

  • Construction Films: Vapor barriers and protective sheeting.
