Our Scrap Dustbin Bales consist of used, end-of-life plastic drums and barrels that have been compressed into dense bales for efficient storage, transport, and recycling. These bales typically originate from industrial, agricultural, or commercial facilities and are composed primarily of High-Density Polyethylene (HDPE) or Polypropylene (PP)—materials known for their high strength, chemical resistance, and recyclability.

Available in both sorted (single-polymer) and mixed plastic grades, these drum bales provide an excellent raw material for recyclers, re processors, and compounders seeking a reliable feedstock for pelletizing or flake production.

Our Quality Assurance and Shipping Process

Material Guarantee We assure you that the material will meet the specifications of the loading pictures and the sample provided prior to shipment. Customer satisfaction and transparency are our top priorities.

Our Step-by-Step Process

  1. Quality Inspection:
    • Before finalizing the shipment, our Quality Control (QC) team conducts a thorough inspection of the material to ensure it meets the agreed-upon standards.
    • Detailed videos and pictures of the material are captured during the inspection and shared with the customer for approval.
  2. Container Booking:
    • Once the customer approves the material, a container is booked on the next available vessel to ensure prompt delivery.
    • The booking details, including the shipping schedule, are shared with the customer for tracking purposes.
  3. Loading and Documentation:
    • The material is carefully loaded into the container.
    • During loading, we document the entire process with pictures and videos, capturing essential details such as:
      • Material condition
      • Loading procedure
      • Container and seal numbers
    • These visuals, along with the draft of the Bill of Lading (BL), are shared with the customer for verification.
  4. BL Draft Confirmation:
    • The customer reviews and confirms the BL draft.
    • Based on the confirmation, the Original Bill of Lading (OBL) is issued.
    • A copy of the OBL is then shared with the customer.

Key Features:

  • High-Quality Industrial-Grade Plastic: Mostly made from durable HDPE or PP, offering excellent value for secondary processing.

  • Baled for Efficiency: Compact baling ensures easier logistics, higher load density, and reduced transportation costs.

  • Variety of Colors: Drums may come in blue, black, white, red, or mixed colors based on availability.

  • Suitable for Mechanical Recycling: Can be shredded and washed for reuse in manufacturing non-food-grade applications.

  • Chemically Resistant Material: Ideal for reprocessing into containers, piping, and other chemical-resistant products.

Typical Applications (After Recycling):

  • Reprocessed HDPE or PP granules

  • Industrial containers and utility bins

  • Plastic lumber and construction boards

  • Conduits, pipes, and cable covers
