PVC Rigid with Aluminum scrap is a composite recycling material consisting of high-strength rigid Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC) bonded or laminated with aluminum sheets or foil. This material is typically sourced from industrial production waste, construction profiles, signage boards, window and door frames, panels, or packaging materials where PVC is reinforced with aluminum for durability, weather resistance, and structural strength.

Our Quality Assurance and Shipping Process

Material Guarantee We assure you that the material will meet the specifications of the loading pictures and the sample provided prior to shipment. Customer satisfaction and transparency are our top priorities.

Our Step-by-Step Process

  1. Quality Inspection:
    • Before finalizing the shipment, our Quality Control (QC) team conducts a thorough inspection of the material to ensure it meets the agreed-upon standards.
    • Detailed videos and pictures of the material are captured during the inspection and shared with the customer for approval.
  2. Container Booking:
    • Once the customer approves the material, a container is booked on the next available vessel to ensure prompt delivery.
    • The booking details, including the shipping schedule, are shared with the customer for tracking purposes.
  3. Loading and Documentation:
    • Material condition
    • Loading procedure
    • Container and seal numbers
    • The material is carefully loaded into the container.
    • During loading, we document the entire process with pictures and videos, capturing essential details such as:
    • These visuals, along with the draft of the Bill of Lading (BL), are shared with the customer for verification.
  4. BL Draft Confirmation:
    • The customer reviews and confirms the BL draft.
    • Based on the confirmation, the Original Bill of Lading (OBL) is issued.
    • A copy of the OBL is then shared with the customer.

The combination of rigid PVC and aluminum results in a tough, moisture-resistant, and dimensionally stable material that requires specialized recycling processes to separate and recover both the plastic and the metal. This scrap is valuable in both PVC reprocessing and aluminum recovery, offering recyclers a dual-material yield.

Material Composition:

  • PVC Rigid: 50–80% (depending on source and structure)

  • Aluminum: 20–50%

  • Origin: Industrial profiles, laminated panels, cladding materials, construction waste, extrusion and fabrication scrap

  • May contain minor adhesives or coating residues

Physical Characteristics:

  • Form: Sheets, panels, strips, or offcuts

  • Color: White, grey, silver, or mixed shades depending on coating and application

  • Surface: Smooth or textured PVC with metallic aluminum layer

  • Thickness: Varies from 1 mm to 10+ mm (depending on end use)

  • Bulk Density: ~1.3–1.6 g/cm³

Key Features & Benefits:

  • Durable & Weather-Resistant: Designed for long-term structural performance

  • Recyclable Dual Material: Enables recovery of both PVC and aluminum for reuse

  • High Mechanical Strength: Suitable for applications needing rigidity and impact resistance

  • UV and Moisture Resistant: Ideal for exterior-grade recycling products

  • Export-Grade Quality: Clean, sorted, and free from excessive contamination

Applications (After Recycling):

  • PVC Recovery: Reprocessed into rigid PVC granules for pipes, profiles, and panels

  • Aluminum Recovery: Smelted and reused in sheet, foil, or extrusion applications

  • Composite Uses: Manufacturing of secondary boards, panels, or signage

  • Construction Materials: Low-cost rigid sheets for protective barriers or lining

Packaging & Supply:

  • Supplied in bundles, bales, or loose form depending on scrap shape
