PET Rolls consist of polyethylene terephthalate (PET) film or sheet wound in roll form, typically generated as post-industrial waste from extrusion, thermoforming, printing, and packaging operations. These rolls may include off-spec production, edge trims wound into rolls, or surplus material, offering a clean and consistent PET recycling feedstock.

PET rolls are valued for their high clarity, strength, dimensional stability, and thermal resistance, making them suitable for efficient recycling into PET flakes or granules.

Our Quality Assurance and Shipping Process

Material Guarantee We assure you that the material will meet the specifications of the loading pictures and the sample provided prior to shipment. Customer satisfaction and transparency are our top priorities.

Our Step-by-Step Process

  1. Quality Inspection:
    • Before finalizing the shipment, our Quality Control (QC) team conducts a thorough inspection of the material to ensure it meets the agreed-upon standards.
    • Detailed videos and pictures of the material are captured during the inspection and shared with the customer for approval.
  2. Container Booking:
    • Once the customer approves the material, a container is booked on the next available vessel to ensure prompt delivery.
    • The booking details, including the shipping schedule, are shared with the customer for tracking purposes.
  3. Loading and Documentation:
    • Material condition
    • Loading procedure
    • Container and seal numbers
    • The material is carefully loaded into the container.
    • During loading, we document the entire process with pictures and videos, capturing essential details such as:
    • These visuals, along with the draft of the Bill of Lading (BL), are shared with the customer for verification.
  4. BL Draft Confirmation:
    • The customer reviews and confirms the BL draft.
    • Based on the confirmation, the Original Bill of Lading (OBL) is issued.
    • A copy of the OBL is then shared with the customer.

Key Features & Benefits

  • High PET Purity
Predominantly mono-PET structure, ideal for recycling.

  • Roll Form for Easy Handling
Allows controlled feeding into shredders and recycling lines.

  • Post-Industrial Quality
Lower contamination compared to post-consumer PET waste.

  • Excellent Mechanical Properties
Maintains PET’s inherent stiffness and strength.

  • Cost-Effective Recycling Input
Economical alternative to prime PET resin.

Typical Material Characteristics

  • Polymer Type: Polyethylene Terephthalate (PET)

  • Color: Clear, natural, light blue, or printed

  • Thickness: Varies (film to thermoforming sheet)

  • Source: PET film & sheet manufacturing waste

Typical Applications (After Recycling)

  • Recycled PET granules

  • PET sheets and thermoformed trays

  • PET strapping

  • Polyester fibers

  • Injection-molded PET components
