Our Quality Assurance and Shipping Process

Material Guarantee We assure you that the material will meet the specifications of the loading pictures and the sample provided prior to shipment. Customer satisfaction and transparency are our top priorities.

Our Step-by-Step Process

  1. Quality Inspection:
    • Before finalizing the shipment, our Quality Control (QC) team conducts a thorough inspection of the material to ensure it meets the agreed-upon standards.
    • Detailed videos and pictures of the material are captured during the inspection and shared with the customer for approval.
  2. Container Booking:
    • Once the customer approves the material, a container is booked on the next available vessel to ensure prompt delivery.
    • The booking details, including the shipping schedule, are shared with the customer for tracking purposes.
  3. Loading and Documentation:
    • The material is carefully loaded into the container.
    • During loading, we document the entire process with pictures and videos, capturing essential details such as:
      • Material condition
      • Loading procedure
      • Container and seal numbers
    • These visuals, along with the draft of the Bill of Lading (BL), are shared with the customer for verification.
  4. BL Draft Confirmation:
    • The customer reviews and confirms the BL draft.
    • Based on the confirmation, the Original Bill of Lading (OBL) is issued.
    • A copy of the OBL is then shared with the customer.

Key Features & Benefits:

  1. Excellent Pressure Resistance & Durability:
As a material classified for medium-pressure applications, PE 80 Regrind possesses high tensile strength and good resistance to internal pressure. This translates into recycled products that are inherently robust and durable, capable of withstanding significant stress.

  2. Superior Slow Crack Growth (SCG) Resistance:
PE 80 is specifically engineered to resist the gradual propagation of cracks under stress over long periods. This property is crucial for creating long-lasting products that will not fail prematurely in demanding environments.

  3. High Chemical & Stress Cracking Resistance:
This regrind exhibits excellent resistance to a wide range of chemicals and is less susceptible to environmental stress cracking (ESCR) compared to standard polyethylene, ensuring product integrity in harsh conditions.

  4. Significant Cost Savings:
PE 80 Regrind provides substantial cost advantages over virgin PE 80 resin, offering a lower cost-per-kg without a proportional sacrifice in performance for many non-pressure critical applications.

  5. Proven Weatherability & UV Resistance:
Sourced from pipes that often contain 2.5%+ carbon black, black PE 80 regrind offers outstanding protection against ultraviolet degradation, making it ideal for outdoor products with a long service life.

  6. Excellent Processability:
This regrind is designed for smooth processing in standard extrusion and injection molding equipment. It can be used as a primary feedstock or blended with virgin PE to create custom compounds that meet specific cost and performance targets.

Technical Specifications:

  • Material: Polyethylene, PE 80 Grade (MRS 8.0 MPa)

  • Form: Clean, Washed Flakes or Uniform Granules

  • Color: Predominantly Black (containing carbon black)

  • Source: Post-Industrial Pipe Off-cuts / Post-Consumer Excavated Pipe

  • Key Properties: High Tensile Strength, Good SCG Resistance, Good ESCR, High Stiffness.

  • Contaminants: Cleaned of dirt, sand, and metal fittings.

Processing & Compatibility:

  • Primary Processing Methods: Profile Extrusion, Pipe Extrusion (for non-pressure applications), Injection Molding.

  • Typical Use: Can be used effectively in ratios from 25% to 100% with virgin PE 80 or PE 100 resin, depending on the performance requirements of the final product.

  • Pre-Processing: Drying is recommended before processing to ensure optimal product quality and prevent surface defects.

Primary Applications for Recycled Material:

  • New Non-Pressure Pipes: Ideal for manufacturing agricultural drainage pipes, ducting, cable conduits, and sewer liners.

  • Plastic Lumber & Profiles: Extruded into highly durable park benches, fence posts, industrial flooring, and landscape borders.

  • Heavy-Duty Containers & Pallets: Injection-molded into robust crates, bins, and pallets for material handling.

  • Construction & Civil Engineering Products: Such as manhole covers, trench frames, and geo matrix for soil stabilization.

  • Landfill Liners & Pond Liners: Processed into sheets for containment applications.
