HDPE TR144

HDPE TR144 is a premium high-density polyethylene film grade developed for blown film extrusion processes where strength, stiffness, and consistent processing stability are required. Designed with a carefully balanced molecular weight distribution, TR144 delivers excellent mechanical performance combined with smooth, reliable extrusion behavior.

This grade provides high tensile strength and rigidity, allowing the production of thin-gauge films without compromising durability. Its good melt strength and rheological stability ensure excellent bubble stability and uniform gauge control, even during high-speed production. The resin processes cleanly, helping to minimize die buildup and improve overall line efficiency.

HDPE TR144 also exhibits good impact resistance and tear strength, ensuring films perform reliably during bag conversion, handling, filling, and transportation. Its inherent stiffness supports downgauging, enabling material savings while maintaining film integrity and performance.

2. Container Booking:
• Once the customer approves the material, a container is booked on the next available vessel to ensure prompt delivery.
• The booking details, including the shipping schedule, are shared with the customer for tracking purposes.
3. Loading and Documentation:

• The material is carefully loaded into the container.
• During loading, we document the entire process with pictures and videos, capturing essential details such as:

4. BL Draft Confirmation:
• The customer reviews and confirms the BL draft.
• Based on the confirmation, the Original Bill of Lading (OBL) is issued.
• A copy of the OBL is then shared with the customer.
